At AAA Electrical Discharge
Machining, we pride ourselves on our ability to design and
manufacture parts to meet our customer’s precision EDM
requirements. As you can see by the products on our
Samples page, EDM manufacturing while holding tolerances
of +/- .0001” is an ordinary occurrence.
To ensure your project will meet these highly precise EDM
manufacturing standards, only the latest state-of-the-art
equipment is employed in our facility. AAA EDM uses the
latest wire and sinker Electrical Discharge Machines. All
grinding is done with precision grinders and CNC machines
are used for both milling and lathing. High-speed micro
hole drilling provides parts that are dependable,
efficient, and extremely cost effective.
